In March 2008, Global Rescue Services obtained the lease of a property in Dolgarrog in the Conwy Valley from Conwy County Borough Council.
Major work was needed to bring the building, which hadn't been used in a couple of years, up to a working condition. Thanks to a kind donation from the Cemlyn Jones Charitable Trust, we have been able to transform the ground floor into something more habitable. Not only that, thanks to sponsorship from ARROW Fire & Security Ltd, we're now fully alarmed and CCTV is in place.
Phase one of the renovation has been completed, which was to get the ground floor habitable. Phase two will be to turn the upstairs into lecture rooms etc. We're currently seeking funding for this work.
